Board of Directors

The OFSOA Board of Directors consists of the Executive Board Officers and the Standing Committee Chairs of Membership, Education, Communication, and Protocol. The Executive Board approves all chair appointments. These chairs have no term requirements.

The Officers consists of the following: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, one Representative from each of our five regions, and the immediate Past President. These positions are elected for a two-year term. The elections are held at the annual conference, with the new officers taking office immediately upon installation.

Meetings by the Board of Directors are required to be held at least quarterly. Whenever possible, these board meetings will coincide with planned workshops or conferences. All members are encouraged to attend.
