Important security information about the facility
1) To gain access to the facility you must have a valid, state or federally issued photo ID (driver's license or passport)
2) Please plan to arrive early, allowing time to pass through the security screening. Remember that employees will be entering also. Plus the auditorium is at the far end of the building, and the coffee cart is a cause for a detour. It is important that all drinks are contained and that all trash is disposed of properly in provided receptacles.
There is a cafeteria in the building with an array of delectable offerings. In addition Lloyd Center is only a few blocks away.
To register include your Employer Name, Employer Number, Contact Information and Telephone number with a list of each attendee from your agency. Return to Karen Park via e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org or fax, 503 598-1218... I will be confirming registration on a weekly basis and materials (handouts) will be e-mailed prior to the seminar.
