OFSOA is governed by a Board of Directors that is made up of the Executive Board and Standing Committee Chairs. All positions serve 2-year terms. Executive Board positions are elected positions and both Standing and Subcommittees are appointed positions. The President position requires at least 1-year on the Executive Board. All other Executive Board positions, other than President, require at least 1 year of membership with OFSOA. Standing Committee Chairs are appointed for 2-year terms in the year the President is elected.
