Welcome to the website for the Oregon Fire Service Office Administrators. I am very excited to share with you a little about our organization and the amazing people we work with.
OFSOA has a proud tradition of supporting its members through education and networking opportunities and is committed to cultivating a strong administrative workforce in the fire service. I am continually impressed with the quality of training offered and the wonderful, supportive environment OFSOA provides for its members. I look forward to helping OFSOA build upon that fine tradition in the coming years.
For our current members I want you to remember that this is your organization. The Board and Committee members encourage you to actively participate by keeping us informed of your needs and by offering your ideas and suggestions. Just by being members, you show that you care about what you do and I’m proud of you for taking the initiative to keep learning and growing.
For those considering membership I would encourage you to look over our website, review our Strategic Plan (our roadmap to making this organization even stronger), check out our Accreditation, and watch for our training workshops and conferences. I hope the information you find on these pages is useful and that it will motivate you to want to learn more by visiting us in person. We would be pleased to have you join us.
