The Event Planning Committee and Board are excited to host you at our annual fall conference. Here are the key details to help you make the most of your time with us:

🎟 Support Our Mission: Raffle Baskets
Your donations fund our training programs!
– Drop-off: Main conference room, Tuesday after 3 PM (or Wednesday at 8 AM during registration).
– Tickets: $1 each / 6 for $5. Sold by Melissa (Dallas Fire) through Friday morning break. Cash or check only.
– Drawing: During closing statements on the final day.

👕 New Gear: OFSOA Merchandise
Fresh items available this year!
– Buy onsite or order custom sizes/colors for delivery after the conference.
– Payment: cash, check, or card.

🍽 Hospitality & Events
– Breakfast (hotel guests):
– Oct 1: 7:30–9:00 AM
– Oct 2: 7:00–8:30 AM
– Oct 3: 7:00–8:30 AM
Location: Hotel mezzanine
– Hospitality Night (Wed):
– No-host dinner at Louie’s of Ashland
– Optional Escape Room Ashland (spots still open!)

👔 Dress for Success
– Day Sessions: Business casual
– Banquet: Semi-formal (Class A for Chief Officers)
– Hospitality Night: Comfortable
